Under this framing subject of varying methodological approaches and possible networking, a programme was generated in which scientists from different perspectives could report on their research activities.
On the one hand, the MSW intended to establish a communication platform between quantitative and qualitative perspectives of socio-scientific research and on the other hand to give impulse for an interchange of ideas with respect to methodological questions in the North of Germany and neighbouring regions.
